Davide Todesca received the M.Sc. degree in Industrial Automation Engineering from the University of Pavia, Pavia, Italy, in 2023. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in Electronics, Computer Science, and Electrical Engineering at the same university, where he is also a member of RAMSLAB. From March 2023 to November 2023, he was an intern at the Maritime Research Institute Netherlands (MARIN), where he contributed to the development of multibody models for Moth-class boats, enabling real-time dynamic simulation with Human-in-the-Loop integration. His research interests include real-time human-in-the-loop simulation, multibody modeling, computer vision, machine learning, and virtual environment development. He participated in the XSens Biomechanics Challenge 2022, focusing on human pose analysis for Parkinson’s disease patients, and has authored publications in international conferences on human-computer interaction and robotics.
